One Response to “Trouble Sleeping?”

  1. Stacy,

I think you’ll find this interesting:

    http://www.Sleepyti.me

“Sleepyti.me works by counting backwards in sleep cycles. Sleep cycles typically last 90 minutes.

“Waking up in the middle of a sleep cycle leaves you feeling tired and groggy, but waking up in between cycles lets you wake up feeling refreshed and alert!”

Sleepyti.me is a calculator, designed to show you when you should go to sleep and when you should awaken.

I like to get up about 6:00, so I should try to get to sleep at “9:00 PM or 10:30 PM or 12:00 AM or 1:30 AM.”

    Interesting, isn’t it?

    God bless,
    Tina Farewell
