Awesome Homemade Peppermint Patties

 

My daughter, Jessica, found this great recipe for peppermint patties at Elana’s Pantry. We tweaked it a bit and came up with a wonderful, healthy version that incorporates therapeutic grade Peppermint essential oils and organic, raw coconut oil!
