A Salad of Many Colors

Salad

  • Romaine
  • Red Leafy
  • Green Leafy
  • Radish
  • Carrots
  • Multi-colored Bell Peppers
  • Grape Tomatoes
  • Feta (sheep’s milk)
  • English Cucumber
  • Red Onion
  • avocado
  • kiwi (optional)
  • jalapeno (optional)

Tropical Cilantro-Lime Vinaigrette

  • 1 1/2 cup Cilantro
  • 3/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 6 T Fresh Lime Juice
  • 3 T White Wine Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 3 T minced garlic (or a few tsp. granulated garlic)
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried Oregano

Mix together in a food processor or blender and enjoy!
