That video was amazing! I think it was the music that really pulled me in, since Canon in D is my favorite piece of Classical music.

All that for a Pantene Commercial? Good lord! Why can't all commercials be like that? People would WANT to watch commercials then. Haha!

That commercial was just inspiring! I can't believe it was for Pantene shampoo (which I use) — lol! One of our favorite pieces of music too.

What a lovely and inspiring commercial! There was a beautiful message being presented, which had little to do with shampoo – and like another blogger commented, "Why can't all commercials be like this?"

Gosh, this girl (and this commercial) sure beats the pants of those obnoxious "don't hate me because I'm a beautiful bimbo" ads of the past. For one thing, you don't want to chuck something at her :p

It's a shame more US commercials aren't like this. There are a few lovely musical ones, though: the credit commercial which showed a man and woman going through marriage and a life together while playing the song "100 Years", the Clorox ads with children going on imaginary adventures (mermaids and pirates) with the gorgeous instrumentals, the ad for Whirlpool washing machines showing the redhead woman always in a paradise scene with New Age music, and the old birth control commercial that played "There She goes" in the background and showed various lovely women in different situations and stages in life. Ah, art..

Beautiful. I was crying (but expecting, so all bets are off on that account!)

This brought tears to my eyes. I loved the the beaten violin all patched up-isn't that how we are? But we are still able to make the world something beautiful. And the butterfly coming out of it's cacoon-wow! It's so wonderful to to know we are made anew in Him!
    Thank you for sharing this:)

It's Thai — they really do have some great commercials!

  24. Fruitful Vine2 says:

  25. Fruitful Vine2 says:

My boys loved this one too and requested an encore after the one about loving the country life. It is truly amazing.

I thought of another American one: the old Coca Cola commercial singing "Santa better come" and showing a train with Santa riding through town, with the music swelling and every place lighting up as the train passed.
