Home from Virginia!
Our family just returned home this evening from a lovely trip to Virginia. James and I were invited to speak at a family conference at a church there in Chesapeake. We met many precious brothers and sisters hungry for God and excited about what He is doing in their families! Praise the Lord!
While we were there, we visited Colonial Williamsburg (one of our favorite places to visit!). We enjoyed dressing in costume and chatting with the reenactors who do this every day!
It’s times like this when we really miss having Christa and Jamie with us, as it brought back so many fond memories of our traveling together!

Stacy, hose pictures are classically beautiful! I long to travel more with my own family, as soon as our budget's let out of the pinchers. Much love to you and yours :)
Btw, um, you accidentally left the "r" out of "Virginia" in the title. Just wanted to let you know :)
Huh, I point out the missing r and then forget the t in "those" in my own post. Oh well..
Oh, you all look so wonderful in costume!
Great pictures! Glad you made it home safely! Colonial Williamsburg is one of my favorite places in the world.
So where are Jamie & Christa?
Mary Weaver
Hi Mary – Christa is married living in Texas, and Jamie works full time for Samaritan Ministres in Peoria. They don't travel with us anymore, but we sure do have a lot of great memories!
By the look on all of your faces, a good time was had by all! What a beautiful family!

We so enjoy Williamsburg too! What beautiful pictures of your family!
Great pictures, Stacy! I don't know how you always end up with such great family shots. We've always got somebody looking goofy or looking the wrong direction, or crying, etc. But, your family "snapshots" always look so wonderful!
Glad you made it there and back safely.
Oh it looks like so much fun! Great pictures!
Stacy,
I'm so sad that I missed your visit! May I ask which church you spoke at? I would have been there for sure!
It would have been great to finally meet you and your lovely family in person.
Blessings,
Laura
Love the outfits! =)
Pictures were great too!
I am glad you all had a wonderful time together as a family. It's nice to know families still take time out of life to have that closeness / bonding together.
Blessings to you and yours ~
Dawn
