Egg Nog…

Cooked Egg Nog

12 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 quart raw milk with cream (if using store milk, use half heavy whipping cream)
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg (optional: I let people garnish with this, since I don’t like nutmeg in my nog)
