Medieval Salad

Reformation Day is coming soon! Here is a great recipe for just such an event! I used to make it every year.

Medieval Salad

1 small head of butter lettuce
2 small heads hearts of romaine or red leaf lettuce

1 C. water cress
¼ C. fresh mint leaves
¼ C. fresh tarragon leaves
½ C. flower petals (roses, primroses, nasturtiums, chive blossoms, violets, or calendulas)
