Our Book is Finally Finished!

Well, it’s finished at last! Phew! The final edits are complete and Passionate Housewives Desperate for God is moving into design stage with the publisher as I type! The book should be available for sale as early as October 15!

Please keep this work in prayer – pray that lives would be touched and families would be impacted for the glory of God!

Jennie and I will be sending more information as it comes available! Don’t forget to vote in the poll to the left! Are you a passionate housewife?

    Stacy,
I have been looking forward to your book, and to the Botkin’s film “Return of the Daughters”.
I am a Traditional Catholic who has enjoyed your Reformed websites for years! Go Figure! Maybe it is because of posts like you and your husband gave a few days ago! We may not see eye to eye on theology, but we certainly can see eye to eye on being Passionate Housewives, on Modesty, on Patriarchy, and on Jesus Christ being at the center of our lives!

Yay!! I’m so excited! I’m only 15, and so am only a homemaker-in-training, but I still can’t wait to read the book and my mom, who is a homemaker, is really wanting to read it as well. I would love to get a signed copy if that’s at all possible.

  8. Genie Elizabeth says:

I can’t wait to get the book, I’m getting married so and I am sure it will be a wonderful research as I start my new vocation as a keeper at home.

I’d love a signed copy as well!

Seth – you voted in my poll? Did I forget to put the “no boys allowed” sign up again? ;-)

Thanks for the encouragement, everyone! It does feel good to be all finished. We are really praying God will use it in a might way!

Laura – welcome to my blog! I look forward to corresponding with you!

Rebekah – You may be 15, but I am sure you are already a homemaker! Ask your mom and see if she agrees! You may not be a houseWIFE, but you can be a homemaker as soon as you choose to be! :-) Praise the Lord for your eager heart – you have blessed me today!

Genie – Praise God – Contgratulations on entering this glorious new season of life!

Pamela – Thanks for commenting! You have been an inspiration to me for years! May the Lord bless you.

Heather and others – We won’t be selling the books, so I won’t have access to books you purchase before you get them. The publisher is in Texas and we are in Illinois. :-) How about coming to visit and I’ll sign as many books as you’d like! :-)

    Dear Stacy,

Glad to hear it is finished! By the way, is Books on the Path publishing it? What do you have to do to get published by them? Also, my family and I are planning to visit your church very soon. We are considering doing a church plant and are visiting various churches to learn and gain wisdom from. We are probably about an hour away from your location. You may have remembered meeting me at the Liberty Day event where we chatted briefly. Anyways, I am looking forward to crossing paths again and I am enjoying your blog–I hope you don’t mind that I linked you to mine.

    Many blessings to your family….

    Hi June,

Vision Forum is publishing Passionate Housewives – I’ll be posting more info on Monday.

I tried to email you, but couldn’t find an email on any of your blogs. Could you email me at mcmom@patriarchspath.org, so I can email you directly. We would LOVE for you to come visit. Also, our church is planning a Reformation Day party on October 27th. It sounds like y’all live close enough to attend. We’d love to have you.

I am glad you hear that the book will be out soon, although I imagine it will take longer to reach Australia. I have a great deal of respect for Jennie, and have also enjoyed your writing online, so I can’t wait to hear what you have to say in this book!
